Field Engineering Hub Manager (Gas Services)

Location: United States of America, Florida, Orlando; the role supports field engineering hubs in Boston, Dallas, Chattanooga, and other locations across the United States.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12–24 Field Service Engineers.
• Drive structured training, individualized development plans, mentorship, and performance improvement.
• Dispatch engineers to customer projects based on technical expertise, availability, and business priorities.
• Monitor resource allocation, billable utilization, project assignments, forecasts, and operational metrics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
• Improve hub processes, implement scalable best practices, and communicate performance insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years of experience in technical field service, engineering, or a project-driven environment.
• At least two years of experience leading professional-level employees.
• Experience with resource planning, project oversight, operational execution, and workforce utilization.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization is required.
