What you will do

• Provide technical and process support to production units and help resolve operating challenges.
• Support plant start-up, optimization, production planning, and procedure development.
• Identify and implement improvements to plant processes, equipment, and systems.
• Lead local plant projects from planning through commissioning and coordinate resources with project teams.
• Monitor safety, environmental performance, production quality, profitability, equipment reliability, and capacity.
• Conduct process improvement, safety reviews, change management, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of engineering experience, preferably in an industrial plant setting.
• Ability to support plant operations, equipment reliability, process improvement, and project execution.
• Ability to meet regulatory, safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
