What you will do

• Support cross-functional projects throughout the full project lifecycle, focusing on AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives.
• Translate client and business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, operational leaders, technical partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish alignment on project scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and expected outcomes.
• Manage project governance, documentation, reviews, approvals, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects through the project lifecycle.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, quality, budgets, and multiple priorities.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Relevant degree preferred; ability to work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, advanced analytics, or other emerging technologies.
