Clinical Project Manager I

Location: US - Plainfield, Indiana

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned clinical and regulated sample management projects.
• Create, implement, monitor, and revise project plans, schedules, and scopes.
• Document customer expectations and deliver projects in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate project support including kit provision, logistics, sample management, laboratory services, training, relocation services, and partner support.
• Lead quality assurance, risk management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in presale discussions, client meetings, SOP development, and mentoring of Client Coordinators.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in science or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a regulated industry environment, or a high school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete long-range projects and prioritize customer and internal demands.
• Work is based in Plainfield, Indiana, United States.
• Ability to work in a general office setting and follow universal precautions when handling potentially infectious or contaminated materials.
