2027 Technology Summer Internship (Fintech)

Location: Boston, United States; daily in-office presence required

Salary: $25 per hour plus sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Support requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of technology products.
• Help build and maintain systems used by employees and clients globally.
• Discover business requirements and create requirements and technical specification documentation.
• Analyze proposed changes and technical issues, contributing to solution design and troubleshooting.
• Participate in design activities such as data modeling, dataflow diagramming, screen design, and workflow analysis.
• Support development, systems testing, automation tools, project planning, and meetings with business users or vendors.

Requirements

• Current college junior entering senior year in fall 2027, studying Computer Science or Information Technology.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher and strong academic achievement.
• Ability to analyze business processes and large quantities of information, identify problems, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of SDLC, technology design, Agile development, and programming skills such as Java and SQL.
