HR Business Partner

Location: San Jose, California, United States; work from the San Jose office four days per week

Salary: $100.2K–$137.8K USD annually for the Bay Area, plus incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Partner with executive leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide insights on people trends, HR metrics, AI tools, and analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Support talent management, succession planning, leadership development, career pathing, and performance management.
• Identify talent gaps and contribute to organizational effectiveness, organization design, restructuring, and change initiatives.
• Partner with Employee Relations to address employee concerns and promote a positive employee experience.
• Lead or contribute to functional, geographic, cross-functional, and company-wide HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or semiconductor environment.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Growing expertise in talent management, organizational development, change management, HR analytics, and AI tools.
• Eligibility for any required U.S. export authorizations is required.

Nice to have

• HR certification such as CPHR or CIPD.
