Senior Learning Experience Designer

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of learning experiences across workshops, webinars, event keynotes, and other facilitated formats.
• Translate coaching, behavioural science, leadership, and psychological concepts into clear objectives, narratives, activities, and practical application.
• Design scalable learning journeys that remain relevant across clients, audiences, and contexts.
• Address complex or ambiguous design challenges and establish reusable standards, frameworks, and approaches.
• Review and quality-assure colleagues' learning designs, provide constructive feedback, and mentor less experienced designers.
• Partner with hirify.global Labs, Marketing, Events, subject matter experts, and client-facing teams to develop participant experiences.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a closely related role.
• Strong experience designing learning for leadership development, coaching, or human skills.
• Working knowledge of psychological principles, evidence-based learning, and behaviour change in organizational contexts.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, usable learning experiences and make design decisions with limited direction.
• Experience reviewing others' work and mentoring or coaching less experienced designers.
• AI literacy and experience using AI tools in day-to-day design work.

Nice to have

• Background in occupational psychology, behavioural science, or a related field.
