Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner - Private Wealth & Private Banking

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at 181 W Madison Fl 35

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annual base salary for the Chicago market, plus potential incentive compensation and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for assigned Private Wealth and Private Banking portfolios.
• Source, identify, assess, and recruit passive candidates for client-facing roles using social media, professional networks, industry events, and modern sourcing campaigns.
• Build talent pipelines, conduct prospecting and cold outreach, and advise hiring managers using interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Analyze labor-market trends and competitor information to improve external hiring strategies and forecast talent needs.
• Manage relationships with leaders, internal partners, and candidates while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Lead recruitment projects, support onboarding, contribute to sourcing roadmaps, and promote diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in talent acquisition.
• Practical knowledge of social sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings.
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, and Candidate Management Systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, networking, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
