Workplace Experience Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, USA. Hybrid role requiring at least three full days per week onsite in the San Francisco office; remaining days may be worked remotely with sufficient time-zone overlap.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

What you will do

• Launch and manage daily operations for the new San Francisco office, keeping it organized, functional, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Own workplace experience across reception, conference rooms, kitchens, food and beverage, supplies, mail, and employee amenities.
• Manage catering, janitorial, maintenance, building management, and office-services vendors.
• Coordinate desks, access, seating changes, furniture, shipments, repairs, onboarding logistics, and other workplace needs.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities on employee, candidate, and guest experiences.
• Organize lunches, celebrations, events, all-hands meetings, and candidate visits while supporting site safety and emergency readiness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, People Operations, facilities, or a similar field.
• Experience managing vendors, workplace programs, events, onboarding logistics, and office operations.
• Strong ownership, organization, judgment, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Hospitality mindset and interest in creating an exceptional employee and guest experience.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco as part of the hybrid schedule.
