Talent Acquisition Manager- Market Management Enterprise Strategy (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bloomington, Illinois, United States

Salary: $137,000–$179,000 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 16% of base salary

What you will do

• Provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the Enterprise Strategy function.
• Own the enterprise strategic planning process and align strategies with corporate priorities and key initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across business units and corporate functions.
• Oversee market intelligence, competitive analysis, economic and regulatory assessments, and scenario planning.
• Combine quantitative analytics and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations and strategic roadmaps.
• Build governance, performance metrics, talent development, and succession pipelines for the strategy organization.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing analytical or strategic teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving enterprise-scale strategic transformations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and technology-enabled strategic decision-making.
• Experience developing talent and fostering a collaborative, innovative, growth-oriented culture.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
