Talent Acquisition Recruiter (NY)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home on Monday and Friday

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Support Senior Recruiters across sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage open requisitions and gradually take on independent requisition ownership.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams to provide a seamless recruitment experience.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
• Support recruitment reporting, candidate follow-ups, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a corporate professional services environment.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work from the New York office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline management.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
