Senior Client Relationship Manager (Proxy Solicitation)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD annually; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate multiple medium-to-large, complex proxy solicitation campaigns.
• Manage milestones, project status, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate data processing, typesetting, operations, programming, billing, special handling, and tabulation activities.
• Resolve project challenges, remove impediments, and ensure business and operational objectives are met.
• Monitor project costs, apply pricing and billing procedures, and keep campaigns within budget.
• Provide client guidance, support proposals and system enhancements, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of mutual fund industry and/or insurance product knowledge.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and capacity to meet competing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
