Senior Associate, Recruitment

Location: United States — New York or Los Angeles

Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support and manage recruiting processes, including preparation, sourcing, screening, selection, scheduling, and hiring.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and the applicant tracking system.
• Review resumes, identify qualified talent, and coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling.
• Develop diversity initiatives through job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting lifecycle with responsive and clear communication.
• Help build hiring processes that provide equal opportunities to all candidates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment or sourcing experience in advertising, marketing, PR, or media.
• Expertise with G Suite tools and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Integrity, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to be based in New York or Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
• Experience recruiting for creative and production roles.
