Commercial Client Administrator (Banking)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for business client inquiries, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex matters.
• Process and maintain new and existing client account documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support loan documentation, credit agreements, payments, transfers, account setup, and client onboarding.
• Monitor account activity, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on required client actions.
• Use nCino and Salesforce to coordinate workflows and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, underwriting, compliance, and operations while supporting fraud monitoring and Enhanced Due Diligence processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of related client service, administration, operations, banking, or financial services experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and the ability to learn loan documentation processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel if required and perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting or carrying approximately 10 pounds when necessary.
