Senior Financial Analyst - Global Engineering FP&A (Hybrid)

Location: Edgewood, NY, United States; hybrid with two days per week in the office

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, and annual operating and strategic planning presentations.
• Manage labor forecasting and planning for more than 1,000 engineering FTEs and contractors, including initiative-level deferred labor reporting.
• Partner with Engineering, Technology, Accounting, CP&A, and Finance leadership on expenses, capital spend, close activities, and investment decisions.
• Support forecasting for technology software, data centers, mainframe, private cloud, and other technology expenses.
• Build centralized processes, improve workflows, and drive reporting, automation, and financial systems enhancements.
• Present dashboards and actionable insights on deferred labor, investments, expenses, and capital treatment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, including leadership of complex planning processes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as TM1, Anaplan, or similar systems.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, plus strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to work in the Edgewood office two days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology, engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or software organizations.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
