Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA (On-site)

Compensation: $55 – $71 per hour

What you will do

• Support monthly financial reporting and business operations across multiple departments.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial models to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with department leaders to provide visibility into financial performance and spending.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting using AI toolsets and KPI metrics.
• Analyze operating and capital expenditures to identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA and able to work on-site.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis in high-growth technology or energy environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or SAP.
• Knowledge of forecasting tools like Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment.
