HR Business Partner Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States, with approximately 25% business travel and occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings. Preference may be given to candidates near Washington, D.C., Louisville, KY, or Nashville, TN.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Translate business priorities into workforce plans, organizational capabilities, leadership strategies, and talent initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, workforce decisions, and leadership transitions.
• Lead organizational design initiatives involving role clarity, decision rights, operating models, and team effectiveness.
• Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption, and sustainment strategies.
• Use workforce, talent, performance, and business data to identify trends, assess organizational health, and measure outcomes.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders on integrated people solutions, confidential projects, and organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience focused on strategic business partnership, talent management, and data analysis.
• Experience coaching and advising senior leaders, including supporting leadership accountability and organizational values.
• Experience with workforce planning, succession strategies, change initiatives, performance analytics, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, business intelligence tools, and other technology required for the role.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Healthcare experience or experience with a multi-site, multi-state employer.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
