Senior HR Business Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the office at offices in Boise, Lewiston, Salt Lake City, or Renton, United States. Candidates must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.

Expected hiring range: $179,350–$242,650 annually; full salary range: $168,000–$275,000 annually. Bonus target: 25%.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on organizational performance, business priorities, talent, culture, and operating model design.
• Design organizational structures, clarify roles and decision rights, assess organizational health, and address capability gaps.
• Lead the people agenda for enterprise transformations, integrations, and large-scale change initiatives.
• Coach executives and senior leaders through ambiguity, improving decision quality, effectiveness, and impact.
• Shape leadership capability, succession planning, talent strategies, and inclusive high-performing teams.
• Partner across HR teams to strengthen the HR operating model and HRBP practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level HR business partnership.
• Experience leading large organizational integrations, transformations, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Strong background in organization design, workforce planning, and leadership consulting.
• Ability to operate credibly at the executive level and influence complex, matrixed stakeholder environments.
• Data-driven approach with strong communication, facilitation, judgment, and executive presence.
• Ability to work three days per week in a Boise, Lewiston, Salt Lake City, or Renton office, or relocate to a commutable distance.
