Base pay: $102,000–$177,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead the people engagement strategy for Legal, Health Care Compliance, and Global Corporate Affairs.
• Develop and execute talent strategies covering performance, succession, capability building, coaching, and leadership development.
• Advise senior leaders on organization design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, including operating model evolution, spans and layers optimization, and team effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Centers of Excellence, and the broader business HR community on integrated talent solutions.
• Translate business strategy, talent data, financial metrics, and workforce trends into hiring, development, reskilling, and HR process improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering and enterprise talent strategy execution.
• Strong communication, executive storytelling, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and business-financial acumen.
• Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and ability to advise leaders on sensitive organizational and talent matters.
• Ability to lead multiple complex workstreams and influence outcomes through cross-functional partnership and governance.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
