Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Remote within the United States; the posting states that the incumbent must reside in Texas and also describes the role as open to the 50 states and DC. Ability to attend in-person meetings and travel up to 10% is required.

Salary: $69,906.75–$80,000 per year, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy.
• Lead talent discussions covering succession planning, high-potential identification, and performance calibration.
• Design organizational structures and team models aligned with business goals.
• Use HR data and business insight to develop recommendations and support coaching conversations.
• Collaborate with Workforce Intelligence and Employee Relations to provide integrated HR support.
• Support change initiatives, culture efforts, manager capability-building, and awareness of relevant HR trends and regulations.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders strategically and influencing, coaching, and challenging business leaders.
• Experience using HR data to inform decisions, with strong business acumen and judgment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment with shifting priorities.
• Must reside in Texas according to one requirement; the posting also states that the remote position is open to the 50 states and DC. Ability to attend in-person meetings, travel up to 10%, pass a background check, and use MS365 and WD is required.
