Recruiting Sourcer

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is rebuilding mortgage loan origination software with an AI-augmented platform designed to automate the loan manufacturing process for financial institutions.

What you will do

• Source candidates across open roles using AI sourcing platforms and natural-language search.
• Identify candidates beyond LinkedIn and create tailored outreach that generates responses.
• Calibrate candidate profiles and pipelines with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and comparable tools to draft communications, summarize interviews, clean data, and reduce manual work.
• Develop toward a specialization such as technical recruiting, dedicated sourcing, or go-to-market recruiting.

Requirements

• Strong interest in building a career in recruiting, with sourcing as the primary focus.
• Curiosity, creativity, organization, attention to detail, and reliability in coordination work.
• Ability to write specific, human, and tailored candidate-facing outreach.
• Comfort using AI tools or willingness to make them a core part of the recruiting workflow.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related recruiting experience, preferably at a technology or growing company.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable systems.
• Daily experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI tools.
• Strong written communication and a high standard for detail quality.
