What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for specialized engineering roles.
• Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach to passive candidates using personalized messaging.
• Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines while targeting a 20%+ response conversion rate.
• Partner with hiring managers and the talent team, sharing sourcing progress, market trends, and actionable insights.
• Rapidly learn new roles, technical terminology, skills, and team requirements to deliver sourcing impact.
• Analyze outreach data and continuously refine search criteria, messaging, and sourcing channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience focused on senior engineering talent.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find positions, conducting market research, and using sourcing tools.
• Strong ability to analyze sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and market data.
• Exceptional communication skills for partnering with hiring managers and managing expectations.
• Persistence, adaptability, curiosity, and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with PST business hours.
