Senior Sourcer

Location: Remote within the United States only; candidates must reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, or WI.

Base salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year. Total target compensation: $160,000–$190,000 depending on placement volume.

What you will do

• Own outbound sourcing for roles where inbound applications are insufficient.
• Build passive-candidate pipelines using Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
• Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns and manage long sourcing cycles.
• Speak with sourced candidates to assess fit before introducing them to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on search strategy and outbound priorities.
• Represent hirify.global to candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in an agency, retained search, or outbound-focused in-house environment.
• Strong practical experience with Boolean search, X-ray search, and passive-sourcing techniques.
• Track record of engaging and converting candidates who were not actively looking.
• Strong written communication for personalized candidate outreach.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, resilience, and ownership of searches from start to finish.
• Must reside in one of the listed US states to be eligible for this remote role.
