TL;DR
Senior Systems Integrator - C-sUAS (Counter-Unmanned Systems): Integrating sensors, command-and-control systems, networks, data feeds, cyber capabilities, and defeat systems into cohesive operational C-sUAS capabilities with an accent on interoperability, mission requirements, and operational testing. Focus on troubleshooting complex data-flow and connectivity issues, developing system architectures and test criteria, and validating solutions with military operators and government stakeholders.

Location: Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, United States. Travel required as needed, up to 25%.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year.

Provides technical and program support for government C-sUAS capability management and operational integration.

What you will do

  • Advise government C-sUAS capability managers on technical and integration decisions.
  • Translate operational challenges and mission requirements into integration activities, mission threads, use cases, system requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Integrate sensors, command-and-control systems, networks, data services, effectors, and supporting software.
  • Analyze data flows, connectivity, protocols, timing, configurations, interoperability, cybersecurity, and system-hardening requirements.
  • Plan and support laboratory, field, and operational testing, including test execution, data collection, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate technical work across government organizations, military operators, OEMs, software developers, and system vendors.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
  • Senior experience in systems integration, preferably involving counter-unmanned systems and systems-of-systems integration.
  • Ability to develop system architectures, data-flow diagrams, interface-control documentation, configuration baselines, and integration records.
  • Experience developing test objectives, scenarios, performance and effectiveness measures, test cards, and pass/fail criteria.
  • Ability to evaluate vendor capabilities, troubleshoot integration issues, analyze test results, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ability to work with government capability managers, military operators, engineers, acquisition stakeholders, OEMs, software developers, and system vendors.
