  • Hands-on subsystem integration experience with seeker sensors, datalinks, flight computers, or GNC algorithms.
  • Working knowledge of HWIL architectures, test planning and execution, requirements decomposition, interface definition, and model or data validation.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an IPT lead or subsystem integration lead on aerospace or defense programs.
  • Master’s degree and 6–8 years of leadership or project management experience.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink GNC models, HWIL test environments, or missile guidance and endgame performance.
  • INCOSE experience or certification and familiarity with technical proposals, estimates, cost, schedule management, and trade studies.
  • Background in seeker algorithms, sensor fusion, datalink performance analysis, or embedded flight computing architectures.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative, mission-focused environment supporting aerospace and national security programs.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) with a 150% match up to 6%.
