Engineer (O) (AWS/Omnissa/Citrix)

Location: USA (Remote); must be a US Citizen. Travel of up to 10% may be required and will be scheduled in advance.

What you will do

• Architect and deploy AWS AppStream and WorkSpaces Core environments with Citrix.
• Design and implement Omnissa Horizon VDI environments, including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace ONE Access, and ThinApp.
• Work with Horizon Cloud Services and supported Azure and AWS hyperscaler solutions.
• Implement and optimize Workspace ONE UEM for device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement.
• Integrate identity, access management, zero-trust security, MFA, and conditional access solutions.
• Plan capacity, tune performance, implement monitoring and alerting, and provide customer documentation and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces Core, AWS AppStream, Omnissa Horizon, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager.
• Proficiency with Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules.
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, and/or military experience; strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
