What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain identity solutions across Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including hybrid identity, Conditional Access, and federation.
• Develop PowerShell automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, identity lifecycle management, reporting, and access reviews.
• Mature identity governance with IGA platforms such as SailPoint and Saviynt, including access certification, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
• Strengthen privileged access management and PIM through vaulting, credential rotation, and just-in-time access.
• Resolve complex identity integrations involving SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP, while improving modern authentication and Zero Trust practices.
• Partner with Technology, Risk & Compliance, and local teams; contribute to architecture, documentation, strategy, and technical mentorship.

Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on IAM engineering experience in complex or hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including Entra Connect, Group Policy, and hybrid identity.
• Advanced PowerShell skills and experience automating IAM processes at scale.
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms, ideally SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Experience with PAM/PIM, privileged access, credential management, RBAC/ABAC, least privilege, Zero Trust, and segregation of duties.
• Strong knowledge of identity protocols and experience troubleshooting complex access issues and automating joiner-mover-leaver processes.

Nice to have

• Python or Bash, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD experience.
• Experience applying AI or intelligent automation to IT operations or security.
• Exposure to PKI/ADCS, machine or workload identities, workforce IAM, and CIAM.
• Relevant certifications such as SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with multi-country organisations and standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or NIST2.
