Impact Specialist, Curriculum and Instruction (Literacy) - West Coast Region (EdTech)

Location: Remote, based in or willing to relocate to the West Coast region of the United States; 60–70% multi-state travel with overnight stays; valid driver's license required.

Salary: $69,250–$118,250 annually.

What you will do

• Support core literacy adoption and revenue growth through product expertise, sales presentations, and educator awareness experiences.
• Collaborate with national directors, product teams, and regional field teams on state adoptions and expansion opportunities.
• Advise field teams on implementation challenges, instructional models, and program coherence.
• Monitor the health of core implementations and collaborate with literacy and mathematics subject matter experts.
• Stay current on curriculum research, education trends, legislation, and instructional best practices.
• Maintain implementation data and provide clear updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in education focused on curriculum and instruction.
• Experience in ELA and literacy through classroom teaching, instructional leadership, school leadership, or district-level leadership.
• Strong understanding of high-quality curriculum implementation across languages, including content learning and language development.
• Ability to build credibility with teachers, coaches, principals, district leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with remote teams and managing projects through change.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; a valid driver’s license is required.
