Implementation Specialist (EdTech)

Location: Remote, candidates must live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and be close to a major airport. Regional travel to Pennsylvania districts is required, including quarterly visits and in-person professional development, with up to 60% travel during the back-to-school season and up to 40% during the rest of the year.

What you will do

• Partner with district leaders to support successful implementation for mid-size school districts.
• Create and execute professional development plans with school and district partners.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions for teachers and administrators.
• Analyze implementation data, guide decision-making, and recommend next steps.
• Travel regionally to facilitate in-person professional development and conduct quarterly district visits.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer relationships, pilots, and pre-sales opportunities.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 5+ years of K-12 teaching experience.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience with district implementations is strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, be close to a major airport, and be able to travel regionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or educational technology professional development.
