Senior Program Manager (Learning & Talent Development)

Location: Hybrid, with work locations in Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; or Winchester, Virginia, United States

Salary: $96,900–$141,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business transformation.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, resource allocations, governance practices, and reporting standards.
• Align stakeholders, success metrics, business cases, investment planning, and program communications.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, interdependencies, and compliance requirements across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure timely program execution and business readiness.
• Mentor program managers and team leads while improving enterprise program delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant program management experience, including 2 or more years leading multi-phase, cross-functional programs.
• Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Experience with program budgeting, resource planning, risk mitigation, governance, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution.
• Expert knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Advanced experience with program analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, or Agile certification.
• Experience with business process transformation or organizational change management.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
