Program Manager (AI)

Location: United States; remote position with preference for candidates based in or near San Jose, Costa Mesa, or Scottsdale for in-person collaboration. Willingness to travel as needed is required.

Salary: $119,219–$214,594 base pay range, plus variable pay opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning and mobilization through launch and benefits realization.
• Build integrated plans across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, client dependencies, and go-to-market activities.
• Establish governance, milestones, success measures, decision processes, and accountability across workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, critical-path activities, investment, and delivery escalations.
• Prepare executive- and Board-level reporting, recommendations, options, and decision materials.
• Improve planning, reporting, risk identification, and delivery predictability through data, automation, analytics, and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience in a technology or product-driven organization.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple Product, Engineering, and business teams.
• Experience managing executive- or Board-visible programs and global or multi-regional teams across time zones.
• Experience with governance, integrated planning, risk and dependency management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Power BI and Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environments.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, or analytics in program delivery.
