Inside Sales Representative (Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States; territories excluded. Reliable, high-speed internet required.

Salary: $26.50–$32 USD per hour

What you will do

• Build relationships with direct small-business customers and support their insurance needs.
• Call inbound leads, schedule appointments, and maintain lead and prospect systems.
• Handle inbound and some outbound calls from warm leads without cold calling.
• Qualify prospects by asking questions about their business needs.
• Partner with underwriting to ensure policies can be written, then present policies and close deals.

Requirements

• At least one year of inside sales experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with customers by phone and email in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Must live and work in the United States, excluding territories.
• Reliable, high-speed internet is required for remote work.
