Senior Recruiter - R&D Specialist (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the USA; listed location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers and use market data to shape position specifications.
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, present strong talent slates, and build pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers using market insights and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members while providing consultative talent acquisition expertise.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience in an R&D pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings with demonstrated success.
• Experience with Workday, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruitment tools.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA.
