Senior Recruiter (Recruitment/Staffing)

Salary: $54,960–$82,440 per year

What you will do

• Execute talent acquisition strategies for leadership and individual contributor positions.
• Source active and passive candidates through headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and competitive research.
• Conduct phone and in-person screenings, behavioral interviews, candidate evaluations, and hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and compensation teams on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
• Manage requisitions and candidate records in the ATS while maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
• Represent Yoh and Day & Zimmermann through candidate communications, job fairs, face-to-face engagement, and employer branding.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of combined agency and internal talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in arts, sciences, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and complex recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and social media sourcing platforms.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume recruiting environment, including 50–75 calls per day.
