Business Analyst - Business Development (Healthcare Analytics)

What you will do

• Build and automate reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar tools.
• Analyze healthcare claims and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, written communications, and ad hoc analyses for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support client check-ins, strategic reviews, presentations, and executive-level relationships.
• Collaborate with data science, clinical operations, investigative, executive leadership, and account management teams.
• Prioritize competing requests, coordinate timelines, and support account growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of analytical experience with healthcare claims data.
• At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools and at least 2 years in account management, client success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and database management.
• Working knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and statistical or programming tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, strategic thinking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
