Manager - Commercial Operations & Analytics

What you will do

• Lead ongoing client engagements, project execution, process improvements, deliverable transitions, and client requests.
• Direct data processing and analytics teams producing executive dashboards, field reports, triggered alerts, scorecards, and other analyses.
• Design complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes using coding and analytical technologies.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, statements of work, project finances, invoicing, risks, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for new offerings, best-practice improvements, and expansion of consulting services.
• Lead, mentor, train, and support diverse global teams and management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree and at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Professional experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Coding experience with SAS, Python, SQL, or similar technologies, plus experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with PowerPoint and Word, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, people-management, and project-management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
