Events Producer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, at the SF HQ; on-site five days a week. Travel is required for events.

Salary: $155,000–$174,000 USD/year plus competitive equity.

What you will do

• Produce events end to end, including venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, run of show, guest logistics, day-of execution, and debriefs.
• Run the monthly community series at the San Francisco headquarters and produce private dinners for customers, prospects, and partners.
• Own conference and industry-event activations, including travel, shipping, staffing, and attendee experience.
• Plan and run team offsites, including lodging, travel, meals, activities, and schedules.
• Manage merchandise and branded items from production handoff through fulfillment.
• Build event systems and track attendance, cost per attendee, and follow-through to improve future events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end event production experience, or an equivalent body of work.
• Experience producing events ranging from 20-person dinners to 200-person gatherings, with examples of run of show, budget, ownership, and outcomes.
• Strong vendor and budget management skills, including negotiation and detailed cost tracking.
• Ability to solve unexpected event issues calmly and execute quickly with limited resources.
• Ability to turn creative briefs into well-executed events without requiring every detail to be specified.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; US visa sponsorship is not currently available.

Nice to have

• Background in event production at startups or developer-tools companies.
• Experience in community or field marketing, hospitality and restaurant events, theater, or live production.
• Experience using AI tools to work faster.
