Senior Level Business Systems Analyst – Agile/Oracle PLM - Semiconductor

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $121,490–$182,000 per year, plus bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Manage, configure, maintain, and improve Agile PLM and related business processes.
• Integrate Agile PLM with ERP, SCMNet, and other engineering software applications.
• Develop and test PLM applications, automations, reports, interfaces, and Agile SDK customizations.
• Own the PLM area, lead projects, and deliver process and procedure improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Document Control, IT, Engineering, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive installation, infrastructure design, application maintenance, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree/PhD with 5–10 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Agile Oracle PLM configuration, including Product Collaboration and Product Portfolio Management.
• At least 3 years of experience with system validation in semiconductor-related companies.
• At least 5 years of coding and scripting experience in a global enterprise, including Agile Client code, Agile web services, Java web applications, and Agile SDK customization.
• Strong Java web application development skills, with experience in Core Java, JavaScript, Java/J2EE, UI-Swing, Eclipse, Agile API, Excel API, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with manufacturing, engineering, Document Control, Agile PLM interfaces, reporting, project leadership, and project management.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with PowerBI, OAS, B2B (Bhoomi), Snowflake, and related technologies.
