IT Engineer

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support across local sites.
• Act as the first point of contact for business requests, escalations, and IT challenges.
• Contribute to global and regional IT projects and project-related demands.
• Maintain and implement the Standard IT Service Framework.
• Support new demands as an internal IT consultant and analyst.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and meet ServiceNow KPIs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in IT or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of IT support experience, including hardware lifecycle management, imaging, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Suite.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, team-oriented, and business-driven approach.
• Ability to travel 15%.
