Systems Engineer (Enterprise Applications)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; onsite enterprise infrastructure role.

What you will do

• Administer Windows Server systems hosting enterprise applications.
• Design and implement system solutions for vendors, developers, and users.
• Maintain high availability across systems and infrastructure.
• Evaluate existing systems and provide technical direction to IT support staff.
• Coordinate with IT Security to resolve vulnerabilities and manage infrastructure compliance.
• Plan system automation, manage load balancers and PKI certificates, support Citrix delivery environments, and document work in ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Windows Server administration experience, including Windows Server OS, Remote Desktop Services or RemoteApp, Group Policy, Active Directory, and file server permissions.
• At least 1 year of web hosting administration experience with DNS, load balancers, IIS, Apache, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple servers, applications, priorities, and stakeholder interactions.
