Data Engineer for AI

hirify.global is creating an AI R&D capability within IT Corporate Functions to develop and industrialise AI-driven solutions across the group.

What you will do

• Design and develop data pipelines supporting AI initiatives.
• Prepare, cleanse, transform, and enrich datasets for AI experimentation and model training.
• Build reusable data products and contribute to scalable AI data architecture patterns.
• Implement data governance, security, quality, and monitoring controls.
• Partner with data owners and business stakeholders across hirify.global.
• Collaborate with the Porto AI team on common data standards, engineering practices, MLOps, and AI operationalisation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, or equivalent technologies.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Experience building modern data pipelines and data platforms.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning lifecycle requirements.
• Experience with cloud-based data architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
