Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack (AI First)

What you will do

• Develop full stack applications using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Build responsive user interfaces and integrate them with backend services, REST APIs, and MDM workflows.
• Own data models and contribute to application architecture and system design decisions.
• Deliver features end to end, including development, testing, deployment, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Use and evaluate AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, debugging, and productivity.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, improve platform performance and reliability, and collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Platform teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience, including experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of web application architecture, REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and system design trade-offs at scale.
• Experience with test-driven development, unit and integration testing, mocking strategies, and quality gates.
• Understanding of concurrent programming, thread safety, immutability, shared state management, and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, plus strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Database knowledge, including SQL or NoSQL.
• Experience with data platforms, MDM concepts, or data integration pipelines.
• Knowledge of Python, AI/ML concepts, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with defensive programming and agentic software engineering workflows.
