Technology Developer (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, US; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance secure web applications with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, databases, APIs, and external systems.
• Develop and maintain solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and development workflows through CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Implement integrations with third-party and SaaS platforms and build proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technologies.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and prepare technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders; participate in the production on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional full-stack development experience; 4–10 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of C#, the .NET ecosystem, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, SQL, and relational database design.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile practices, and modern web development.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, MVC, AWS, or on-premises environments.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows using modern AI frameworks and SDKs, including LLM orchestration, tool calling, context management, embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and vector or hybrid search.
• Experience using AI coding agents, Docker, or Kubernetes.
