Senior Software Engineer (Vue.js)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid with 4 days onsite each week

Salary: CA$90,489–CA$132,711 per year, plus a 12.5% annual incentive target

What you will do

• Develop full-stack web applications using Vue, Nuxt 3, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.
• Build and maintain server-side rendered, statically generated, and universal web applications.
• Create reusable front-end components and contribute to component libraries and design-system patterns.
• Develop Node.js APIs, middleware, and integrations with headless CMS, analytics, personalization, and third-party platforms.
• Contribute to AI-enabled marketing workflows for content creation, migration, schema mapping, personalization, experimentation, and automation.
• Support production delivery through testing, debugging, monitoring, accessibility, SEO, security, privacy, and Core Web Vitals improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue, Nuxt, React, Next.js, Angular, or similar.
• Understanding of browser rendering, JavaScript execution, caching, networking, accessibility, and performance.
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, including asynchronous programming, modular code, package management, and modern build tooling.
• Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs, Node.js services, middleware, or external platform integrations.
• Familiarity with deploying, debugging, or monitoring applications in AWS or a similar cloud environment, plus strong cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless content management systems such as Contentstack.
• Experience supporting digital marketing teams with content personalization, analytics, or lead-generation workflows.
