In Plant Account Manager (Environmental Solutions)

Location: Sulphur, Louisiana, USA; daily work at the assigned customer facility

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, schedule, and manage the performance of the in-plant services team.
• Oversee customer account operations, service quality, problem resolution, pricing initiatives, new business, and retention.
• Manage audits, KPI reviews, corrective actions, reporting, and operational improvement programs.
• Drive safety, regulatory compliance, sustainability, waste minimization, vendor reduction, and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
• Own the P&L for assigned customer accounts and operations within the facility.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, vendors, sales, administrative, operational, and corporate teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, or participation in hirify.global’ management trainee program.
• In-depth knowledge of in-plant service operations and regulatory requirements for small and large quantity generators.
• Strong process, project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to create and maintain site-specific environmental, health and safety, and hazardous materials training manuals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the credentials required to access the customer facility.
• Ability to work daily at the assigned customer facility in Sulphur, Louisiana.
