Location: Based in the Rocky Mountains territory of the United States, covering Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington; candidates must live in the geography or be willing to relocate to it. Travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel, is required.

Salary: $130,000–$224,250 annual base pay.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute customer-driven district strategies and coordinated business plans aligned with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead sales execution across the immunology portfolio, including ICOTYDE, and support demand generation and care transitions in community hospitals.
  • Supervise Sales Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation execution, and development planning.
  • Provide field-based and virtual coaching on selling effectiveness, clinical execution, and territory business planning.
  • Analyze district performance and market dynamics to identify gaps, set priorities, and improve execution.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing while reinforcing healthcare compliance and responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MS, MBA, or PhD is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 United States required.
  • At least six years of relevant sales or cross-functional commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare organizations.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, leading others, structured coaching, developing talent, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Must live in the Rocky Mountains geography or be willing to relocate to it.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in immunology, large account management, and access and reimbursement dynamics.
  • Prior direct people management experience, including performance management and development planning.
  • Experience learning emerging technologies such as AI and building team confidence in responsible AI use.
