Sr Operations Manager

Location: McDonough, Georgia, United States; onsite

Salary: $116,000–$174,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, shipment verification, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and measure operational processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and production.
• Support sales representatives and leadership by resolving service failures, customer concerns, and complaints.
• Manage staffing, performance management, compensation administration, training, development, and positive employee relations.
• Ensure workforce safety, housekeeping, recordkeeping, and compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.
• Control operating expenses, preserve assets, manage budgets, and oversee projects and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of management experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and at least 7 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop subordinate employees and engage warehouse teams.
• Experience managing through multiple managers and/or supervisors, assigning work, and ensuring completion dates.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, decision-making, and customer relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex situations, interpret policies, and maintain high personal integrity.
