Planning and Allocation Manager (Retail)

Location: Hybrid role based at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $103,000–$131,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead planning and allocation activities across category product assortments to ensure the right products reach the right clubs at the right time.
• Develop annual merchandise plans and lead financial forecasting using analytics, trend insights, and business intelligence.
• Manage end-to-end omnichannel inventory, replenishment, allocation, and inventory target strategies.
• Build seasonal, product lifecycle, assortment, flow, and exit strategies that support sales and inventory goals.
• Analyze business health metrics and KPIs, identify root causes, improve processes and systems, and communicate performance to cross-functional partners.
• Coach and develop Merchandise Planners and Allocation Analysts while collaborating with merchants, vendors, distribution centers, and clubs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Leadership skills aligned with BJ's core values.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, problem-solving, follow-through, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in the hybrid schedule in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with three required in-office days each week.
