Sr Capacity Planner

Salary: $92,100–$126,600 per year

What you will do

• Generate two-year production plans and manage network capacity constraints across North America.
• Optimize capacity planning parameters, production calendars, sourcing decisions, and other planning master data.
• Run scenarios to balance inventory, customer service, capacity limitations, transportation costs, and shelf-life risk.
• Partner with plants on crewing, sourcing, downtime, ramp-up, and capital improvement strategies.
• Develop production, inventory, and interplant movement projections for annual operating plans and financial forecasts.
• Manage safety stock functionality and support demand-driven supply network initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with capacity planning, inventory planning, or related supply planning processes.
• Ability to manage planning master data, production plans, safety stock, and capacity utilization.
• Ability to work with plant operations, demand planning, demand sensing, and supply planning stakeholders.

Nice to have

• At least 4 years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced expertise in SAP planning and scheduling tools, including APO and PPDS.
• Previous capacity planning experience.
