What you will do

  • Analyze service and repair operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPI monitoring for turnaround time, productivity, first-time fix rate, backlog, customer satisfaction, and equipment uptime.
  • Evaluate technician performance, labor utilization, resource allocation, service demand, and workload distribution to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify root causes of service delays, quality issues, and cost overruns, then recommend corrective actions.
  • Validate, clean, and maintain large datasets from ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and operational systems.
  • Perform financial analysis of labor costs, repair expenses, service contracts, profitability, and SLA compliance while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data visualization.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, SQL, Python, and database querying.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
